Please read this Refund Policy carefully before purchasing any coaching services, programmes, or digital resources.


1. Coaching Services

All coaching services offered through NefeOguntoye.com are designed to provide personalised support, guidance, and accountability.

Due to the nature of coaching services, all coaching sessions and programmes are non-refundable once the coaching relationship has begun.

This includes:

  • 1:1 coaching sessions

  • Individual coaching programmes

  • Silver coaching programmes

  • Gold coaching programmes

  • Any bundled coaching packages

When you purchase a coaching programme, you are reserving time and availability within the coach’s schedule. As a result, refunds cannot be issued once the programme has started.


2. Payment Plans

If you choose a payment plan, you agree to complete all scheduled payments.

Payment plans are offered as a convenience and do not represent a pay-as-you-go service. Failure to complete payments may result in:

  • Suspension of coaching sessions

  • Loss of access to programme materials

  • Recovery of outstanding balances where necessary


3. Rescheduling Coaching Sessions

If you need to reschedule a coaching session, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice.

Sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice may be considered forfeited and may not be rescheduled.


4. Exceptional Circumstances

We understand that unexpected situations can occur. In exceptional circumstances, we may offer:

  • Rescheduling of remaining sessions

  • Extension of programme access

These decisions are made at our sole discretion and are not guaranteed.


5. Digital Products and Resources

Any digital downloads, guides, journals, courses, or resources sold or provided through this website are non-refundable once access or download has been provided.

Due to the nature of digital products, they cannot be returned once delivered.


6. Client Responsibility

Coaching is a collaborative process. Results depend largely on the client’s:

  • Commitment

  • Participation

  • Willingness to implement strategies and actions discussed

For this reason, results cannot be guaranteed, and refunds will not be issued based on dissatisfaction with outcomes.
