I’ve been thinking a lot lately about why so many of us, especially the incredibly ambitious, heart-led women I work with, feel like we’re constantly running uphill. We have the strategy. We’ve bought the 20-page marketing PDF. We’ve attended the webinars. We might even have a gorgeous website and a solid business plan tucked away in a Google Drive folder.
And yet, there’s a gap. A heavy, quiet space between where we are and where we know we’re meant to be.
Usually, when we hit a plateau, our first instinct is to buy another course or hire a new ads manager. We look for a bigger strategy. But if strategy were the only thing that mattered, wouldn’t everyone with a business degree or a library of self-help books be a millionaire by now?
The truth is, strategy is just the vehicle. Your mindset is the engine. And if that engine is stalled by self-doubt or clogged with limiting beliefs, you aren’t going anywhere, no matter how glamorous the car looks.
This is why mindset coaching isn’t just a “nice to have.” It is the missing link. It is the foundation that allows everything else to actually work.

I see this so often in my coaching practice: a brilliant woman comes to me feeling “stuck.” She tells me she needs a better social media plan or a more aggressive growth framework.
