How we work.
What do you actually help people with?
I help women build confidence, self-worth and self-trust from the inside out.
That might look like learning how to stop overthinking, set better boundaries, speak up for yourself, stop shrinking in rooms, rebuild your sense of identity, or finally take action on the things you keep putting off.
This is not about becoming a completely different person. It is about reconnecting with the version of you that already exists underneath the fear, doubt and people-pleasing.
Is confidence coaching right for me?
Confidence coaching may be right for you if you often find yourself second-guessing your decisions, waiting until you feel “ready”, comparing yourself to others, struggling to say no, or feeling like you are capable of more but keep holding yourself back.
You do not need to arrive with everything perfectly figured out. You just need to be open to reflecting, growing and taking small honest steps forward.
What happens during a coaching session?
Each session is a supportive space for you to pause, talk honestly, reflect and work through what is really going on beneath the surface.
We may explore your thoughts, patterns, confidence blocks, goals, boundaries, relationships, career direction or the version of yourself you are trying to become.
You will leave with more clarity, practical next steps and a stronger sense of what you need from yourself next.
Do I need to be confident before I start?
Absolutely not.
That would be like cleaning the house before the cleaner comes.
You do not need to feel confident, polished or “ready” before starting. Coaching is there to help you build those things gradually.
You can start exactly where you are.
Is this therapy?
No. Coaching is not therapy and it does not replace mental health support from a qualified therapist, counsellor or medical professional.
Coaching is future-focused and practical. It can help you understand patterns, build self-awareness and take aligned action, but it is not designed to diagnose, treat or manage mental health conditions.
If you are currently experiencing significant emotional distress, trauma, anxiety, depression or crisis, it may be best to seek support from a qualified mental health professional.
What kind of topics can we work on?
We can work on areas such as:
- Confidence and self-worth
- Overthinking and self-doubt
- Boundaries and people-pleasing
- Career confidence
- Life direction and personal growth
- Relationships and communication
- Visibility and showing up online
- Goal-setting and taking action
- Rebuilding after a difficult season
- Becoming more yourself again
What if I don’t know what I want yet?
That is completely okay.
A lot of people come to coaching with a feeling rather than a fully formed goal. You might know you want more confidence, more peace, more direction or more courage — but not know exactly what that looks like yet.
We can start there.
Clarity often comes through conversation, reflection and taking the first small step.
How quickly will I see results?
Everyone’s journey is different.
Some people feel clearer after one session. Others notice their confidence building slowly over time as they practise new thoughts, actions and boundaries.
The aim is not overnight transformation. The aim is steady, honest growth that actually lasts.
Do you offer one-off sessions or packages?
This will depend on the offers currently available on the website.
You may find one-off sessions, coaching packages, digital products, workshops or other resources available at different times.
The best place to check is the coaching or shop page, where the latest options will be listed.
Can I work with you if I’m not in the UK?
Yes, coaching can usually take place online, so you do not need to be based in the UK to work with me.
Please check the specific offer details before booking, as availability and time zones may vary.
What makes your coaching style different?
My coaching style is warm, honest, practical and encouraging.
I believe confidence work should feel supportive, not intimidating. We can go deep, but we can also keep it human. There may be reflection, gentle challenge, practical action steps and the occasional loving “girl, you know this is not working for you anymore” moment.
The goal is to help you feel safe enough to be honest with yourself — and brave enough to do something with that honesty.
Do you have free resources?
Yes. You can find free confidence-building content through the blog, podcast, YouTube videos, the store and Tuesday Thoughts newsletter.
The blog is updated regularly, so if you are new here, that is a lovely place to start.
