Hey, beautiful soul â welcome back to The Big Brew, your monthly self-love workshop and slow-living ritual with me, Nefe.
Can you believe itâs November already?
That âwhere did the year go?â season where we suddenly wake up and realise weâve been so busy surviving, we havenât had much time to dream.
Thatâs why this monthâs Big Brew is all about one of my favourite practices: manifestation â made practical.
Not the âwish on a star and waitâ kind, but the grounded kind â the kind that helps you get clear, aligned, and intentional about what you actually want next.
Because letâs be honestâŚ
you donât need another resolution list.
You need a plan that feels soulful â something you can sip your coffee over and say, âYes, this is my next chapter.â
đż Why Manifestation Matters (Now More Than Ever)
I was chatting with a friend recently, and we both said the same thing:
âHow is it November already?â
She hadnât done half of what she planned this year, and I laughed because â same.
But when I looked up at my vision board, I realised Iâd actually ticked off five of twelve intentions.
That call reminded me of something important: manifestation isnât about perfection.
Itâs about visibility.
When you can see it, you can steer toward it.
And thatâs what this journal helps you do â turn vague âsomedaysâ into intentional âtoday I wills.â

Manifesting Made Practical – Dream it. Feel it. Write it. Live it. | Big Brew #3
đ¤Â INTRO â Planning, Manifesting, and a Little Bit of Magic
Hey beautiful people â welcome back to The Big Brew.
If youâre new here, Iâm Nefe â your host, your wellness coach, and your friendly reminder that you are allowed to dream again.
Itâs November already â can you believe it?
The year that felt like it just started is now winding down, and weâre in that in-between space â not quite wrapping things up, not quite starting fresh.
Itâs that reflective season when you start asking, âDid I actually do what I planned to do this year?â
I had this exact conversation with a friend last week. We were chatting on the phone, and she said, âNefe, I feel like I blinked and 2025 vanished. I didnât do half of what I said I would.â
I laughed and told her, âSame, honestly.â But then I looked up at the vision board that hangs just above my desk. Out of twelve intentions, Iâd checked off five. Not everything, but not nothing either.
She doesnât use a vision board â she keeps a tiny note on her phone, and when she opened it, she realised sheâd actually made progress on things sheâd forgotten about.
That moment reminded me that manifestation â the act of consciously creating â works best when itâs visible.
When you see it, you remember it. When you remember it, you live it.
So today, weâre not just talking about manifestation â weâre doing it together.
Youâve got your Manifestation Journal â Nefe Wellness Edition in front of you.
And Iâm going to walk you through it, page by page, so it becomes more than pretty paper and prompts â it becomes your next-chapter blueprint.
Now, the word manifestation gets tossed around a lot. TikTok loves it. YouTube loves it. And everyoneâs got that one friend who swears she manifested a free parking space or bumped into her celebrity crush at a coffee shop. âđ
But I like to think of manifestation a little differently.
To me, itâs not magic; itâs intentional living.
Itâs the practice of dreaming, planning, and aligning your energy with your actions â on purpose.
Every year, usually around this time, I sit with coffee in one hand, candle burning nearby, and my favourite playlist on. I look at whatâs worked, what hasnât, and where my heart is quietly asking to go next.
Because I donât want life to just happen to me â I want to co-create it.
So hereâs our plan for today:
Weâre going to slow down and walk through this journal together.
 Youâll:
- Take an honest snapshot of where you are right now.
- Release what no longer fits.
- Reconnect with what you truly want.
- Set goals that feel aligned â not forced.
- Build weekly and daily rituals that keep you in flow.
By the end, youâll have a living, breathing roadmap â part dream, part strategy, all heart.
You can download the full Manifestation Journal from the link in the description or over at nefeoguntoye.com/.
So, grab your drink â coffee, tea, oat latte, or hot chocolate â light a candle if you want to make it a vibe, and letâs begin.
Â
đżÂ Section 1 â Life Check-In
âWhere I Am vs Where I Want to Beâ
Letâs start with honesty.
Open your journal to Life Check-In.
Before we start dreaming about next yearâs goals or the future youâre creating, we need to pause and ask: Where am I right now?
This page isnât about perfection or comparison.
Itâs not âHow am I doing compared to everyone else?â
Itâs âWhatâs true for me, today?â
Youâll see six categories on this page â Physical, Emotional, Spiritual, Financial, Career, and Creative.
These are the pillars that hold your world together.
When one pillar starts to wobble, you feel it everywhere else.
Under Where I Am, write your truth â raw and unfiltered.
Be real. If youâre exhausted, write exhausted.
 If youâre rebuilding, write rebuilding.
 If youâre thriving, celebrate it!
Then under Where Iâd Like to Be, write the direction your energy wants to move toward.
Not a list of expectations â just a compass.
Examples:
- Physical: âRunning on caffeine and vibesâ â âRested, hydrated, strong.â
- Career: âBusy but boredâ â âCreative, fulfilled, valued.â
- Financial: âScraping byâ â âStable, generous, stress-free.â
- Spiritual: âDisconnectedâ â âGrounded, trusting, guided.â
When I first did this check-in, I was juggling way too much â career, relationships, a dozen side projects â and I thought I was fine.
You know that line we all use? âIâm good, just busy.â
But when I sat down and filled out this page, I realised I wasnât good; I was drained. My âPhysicalâ and âEmotionalâ columns were almost empty, and that hit me hard.
That moment taught me something vital: I wasnât unmotivated. I wasnât lazy. I was just misaligned.
I was pouring energy into things that didnât pour back.
And my first manifestation wasnât âmake more moneyâ or âlaunch something new.â
It was simply this: I want to feel alive again.
Sometimes, thatâs where manifestation begins â not with a vision board, but with a deep sigh and the choice to stop surviving and start living.
When you finish this page, take a deep breath.
Say out loud, âI honour where I am, and Iâm open to where Iâm going.â
Thatâs your first act of manifestation â awareness turned into intention.
Â
đ¨Â Section 2 â Creative Space (Letting Go)
âClearing Space for Whatâs Nextâ
Now that weâve gotten honest, itâs time for the most liberating part â letting go.
This page is your energetic declutter.
You know the feeling of cleaning out a closet, finally seeing what you own again, and wondering, Why was I keeping this?
Thatâs exactly what this exercise is for â except the clutter isnât clothes. Itâs old thoughts, fears, habits, and expectations.
Before we call in the new, we have to make room for it.
We often talk about manifestation as calling things in â love, freedom, success, abundance.
But very few people talk about the release.
You canât pour new energy into a cup thatâs already full of stale stories.
Ask yourself:
- What am I ready to stop carrying?
- Which situations or relationships have expired?
- What version of me am I outgrowing?
Use prompts like:
- âI release the need toâŚâ
- âI forgive myself forâŚâ
- âIâm choosing to stopâŚâ
Donât censor yourself. This isnât a page for neat handwriting. Itâs for messy emotions and honest words.
Iâll share a story.
Years ago, I was holding onto a friendship that had clearly run its course. I was the one always reaching out, checking in, trying to fix things that didnât want to be fixed.
I kept telling myself I was being kind, but really, I was scared of letting go.
When I finally wrote about it in a journal, it hit me â I wasnât losing a friend; I was reclaiming my peace.
Letting go doesnât have to look like slamming doors or dramatic goodbyes.
Sometimes itâs a whisper: âI love you, but I love me more now.â
If youâre a visual soul, turn this into art.
Scribble out the words that no longer serve you. Draw a line through them. Burn sage, play music, light a candle â make it sacred.
You can even write what youâre releasing on a scrap of paper and tear it up.
Remember, youâre not deleting your past. Youâre clearing the stage for whatâs next.
And thatâs manifestation, too â not just asking for more, but creating the space for more to arrive.
Â
â¨Â Section 3 â My Dream Life
âLetâs Paint the Pictureâ
Now, the fun part: dreaming again.
If Section 1 was awareness and Section 2 was release, this is creation.
This is your permission slip to imagine your life â not as it âshouldâ look, but as it feels when itâs truly yours.
Manifestation isnât about chasing what you see online. Itâs about remembering who you are beneath the noise.
You canât attract what you havenât yet visualised â and you canât visualise if you never give yourself permission to dream.
So letâs start small.
Imagine waking up in your dream life â the one that feels calm, confident, content.
Whatâs the first thing you do?
How does the morning light hit your room?
What does your body feel like?
What do you hear â laughter, birds, silence, waves?
Whoâs beside you, or maybe, whoâs not?
What fills your day â creativity, service, rest, joy?
Youâre not building a fantasy â youâre sketching an energy map.
A client once told me she couldnât âseeâ her dream life anymore. She said, âNefe, Iâve been in survival mode for so long, I donât even know what I want.â
So I asked her, âWhat do you want to feel?â
After a long pause, she said, âPeace.â
That was her whole vision â peace.
Every decision after that had to answer one question:
âDoes this bring me closer to peace or pull me away?â
Within months, sheâd redesigned her routines, created better boundaries, and rediscovered joy in the small things. Her peace became her productivity.
So as you write on this page, focus on feelings first.
Use the present tense:
- âI wake up feelingâŚâ
- âI am surrounded byâŚâ
- âI spend my daysâŚâ
- âI attractâŚâ
- âI trust thatâŚâ
Your subconscious doesnât know the difference between now and later â it simply responds to repetition.
So the more you write it, the more your energy begins to match it.
Donât make your dream life sensible. Make it soulful.
This isnât about practicality; itâs about possibility.
Messy handwriting, big feelings â thatâs where the magic lives.
Â
đ Section 4 â Manifestation Goals
âFrom Vision to Milestonesâ
Okay, now we bring it down to earth.
Itâs time to turn your dream into something you can move toward â step by step, season by season.
This page is divided into 6 months, 1 year, 5 years, and 10 years.
Think of it as a flexible map â not a rigid to-do list.
The universe loves clarity, but it also loves flow.
Hereâs how I use it:
- 6 months: short-term shifts â habits, routines, healing work.
Example: âIâm waking earlier, eating real food, and feeling calmer.â - 1 year: steady foundations â things that feel like progress.
Example: âIâve launched my creative business, Iâm saving consistently, and I feel grounded.â - 5 years: expansion and impact â your ripple effect.
Example: âIâm leading a purpose-driven business that supports others in their healing while I travel, rest, and create.â - 10 years: legacy â the lifestyle that your soul envisions.
Example: âIâm financially free, spiritually at peace, and surrounded by love.â
Timelines arenât pressure; theyâre permission slips.
Youâre saying, âI believe this can happen â and Iâm ready to meet it halfway.â
And if something takes longer? Thatâs divine timing.
Remember, manifestation isnât Amazon Prime â you canât track your dreamâs shipping status. đ
Add a âstarter stepâ for each goal â something tiny you can do this week to signal readiness.
The universe moves when you do.
Â
â Section 5 â Weekly Manifestation Pages
âTurning Big Energy into Small, Aligned Actionâ
This is where the magic meets the method.
Each week, these pages help you pause, realign, and choose how you want to show up.
Manifestation isnât a once-a-year vision board thing; itâs a weekly practice of alignment.
Start with This Week â write the date and choose a vibe word: calm, bold, consistent, grateful, magnetic.
Then fill in Currently Manifesting.
This isnât a shopping list for the universe; itâs your focus point.
Maybe itâs clarity. Maybe confidence. Maybe rest.
 Example:
- âIâm manifesting confidence in my voice.â
- âIâm manifesting ease and flow.â
- âIâm manifesting peace in my routines.â
Next, write your Affirmations.
These are your energy anchors â short statements that train your mind to believe in possibility.
Examples:
- âI am grounded, focused, and enough.â
- âEverything thatâs meant for me is finding its way to me.â
- âRest is productive.â
- âI attract ease, not pressure.â
Say them out loud as you write. The sound of your own voice creates resonance â it tells your body, this is safe to believe.
Then move to My Big Goal for This Week.
Choose one thing that will make you feel proud or peaceful.
Under that, list My Small Goals â three simple actions that support it.
Example:
Big Goal: âLaunch my creative project.â
 Small Goals:
- Finish the outline.
- Email my accountability partner.
- Take one full evening to rest and recharge.
Over on the right, youâll see your Daily Habits Tracker.
Pick two or three actions that make you feel most like yourself.
 Small and repeatable wins.
- Five-minute meditation.
- Gratitude list at night.
- One walk outside.
The goal isnât perfection â itâs rhythm.
Even if you only tick one or two boxes a day, youâre still building momentum.
Finally, at weekâs end, fill in Notes & Reflections.
Write what went well â no matter how small.
Write what felt off â no judgment.
Ask yourself: What do I want to carry forward? What can I release?
Youâre not filling out a planner; youâre designing your reality â one week, one page, one breath at a time.
Â
đ Section 6 â Weekly Reflection & Reset
âPause. Pour. Pivot.â
Weâve reached my favourite part â the reflection page.
This is where you exhale, check in with your energy, and give yourself credit for how far youâve come.
Our culture glorifies the next thing â the next project, the next milestone, the next goal.
But if you never stop to reflect, you miss the magic of now.
This section invites you to slow down and pour into yourself.
Start by answering the prompts:
- What went well this week?
- What challenged me?
- What am I grateful for?
Reflection doesnât have to be profound.
Maybe your win was saying no without guilt.
Maybe your challenge was resting without scrolling.
Maybe your gratitude is for your morning coffee or the friend who checked in.
Then move to: What can I improve next week?
Not in a guilt-trippy way â with kindness.
Maybe you noticed you said yes too often.
 Maybe you didnât prioritise sleep.
Maybe you need more joy, not more hustle.
Awareness is the first step toward alignment.
Let me tell you a story.
For years, my Sundays were what I called âpanic clean days.â
Iâd spend the whole day rushing â cleaning, sorting, resetting â trying to fix an entire weekâs chaos in one afternoon.
Then one day, a friend said something that stopped me.
She said, âYou canât pour from a cup you keep knocking over.â
 It hit me. Hard.
So I changed my Sundays.
Now I do a calm Sunday Reset.
 Ten minutes of journaling.
 A candle.
 A playlist.
 And three questions:
- What did I learn this week?
- What do I want to carry forward?
- What can I lovingly leave behind?
Itâs simple, but that practice turned my Sundays from stress into sanctuary.
Before you finish your own reflection, do a quick energy audit.
On a scale of 1 to 10, how full is your tank right now?
If itâs low, ask which part needs tending â body, mind, or spirit.
If itâs high, ask what filled it and how to protect that energy next week.
Remember: you donât manifest from burnout. You manifest from overflow.
Progress doesnât always shout.
Sometimes it whispers, âI showed up again today.â
Â
ââ¨Â SUMMING UP â âYour Life Is Already Becomingâ
Deep breath in⌠and out.
 You did it.
You didnât just fill out a workbook â you built a foundation.
Youâve written your truth, released whatâs heavy, dreamed again, and mapped it into daily action.
This is where manifestation becomes real.
Not a distant fantasy, but a rhythm.
You donât have to get it perfect. You just have to keep showing up.
Manifestation isnât about pretending everythingâs fine or staying âhigh-vibeâ every moment.
Itâs about trusting that you can handle whatever comes â and still make room for joy.
When you write your dreams, youâre not just manifesting things â youâre reintroducing yourself to your own power.
Youâre reminding the universe â and yourself â that youâre still in the game.
So when you feel tired, stuck, or uncertain, open this journal again.
 Flip through your pages.
See how your handwriting, your energy, and your words have changed.
Youâll realise growth isnât only in what happened around you â itâs in how you now speak to yourself.
 Thatâs the real magic.
You havenât just called things in.
Youâve called yourself home.
If this Big Brew filled your cup, Iâd love if youâd like, subscribe, and share it with a friend who might need a refill â someone who needs to remember that theyâre allowed to dream again.
You can grab your Manifestation Journal and my other self-love tools at nefeoguntoye.com/, along with free guides, wellbeing products, and my podcast Cappuccino & Confidence â your weekly boost of mindset magic and motivation.
And of course, join me every first Monday of the month right here on YouTube for The Big Brew â our monthly ritual to slow down, refill, and realign.
So as we close, letâs say this together:
âI am not waiting for my dream life â I am living the becoming of it.â
Thatâs it, my loves.
Keep your heart open, your coffee warm, and your energy soft but steady.
Your life is already becoming â one sip, one page, one belief at a time.
Until next time â stay kind, stay grounded, and remember:
You are the magic youâve been trying to manifest. âđÂ
